Merit Construction, acting as Construction Manager at Risk, in conjunction with Reach For Your Potential, is requesting bids for certain demolition as the first phase for the renovation and demolition of the Reach For Your Potential – Iowa City Daycare project. Below are links for bidding documentation relating to the project.
Description of Work: Demolition Package of existing building to make ready for remodel of existing space and construction of new addition for daycare facility. Work also includes installation subflooring sleepers and sheathing to raise existing floor elevations in several rooms. Merit Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk.

Bids will be due to Merit Construction no later than June 25, 2025 @ 2:00PM Central.
