Client: Fairbank Fireman’s Fund

Description: An approximately 1,000 square foot, single bay addition to the existing fire station facility. Addition includes concrete foundations and slabs, conventional wood framing, brick and siding veneers, shingle roofing, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing and electrical, site work including utilities and paving.

Project Location: 301 Grove Street, Fairbank, IA 50629.

Pre-bid Conference: Place: Fairbank Fire Station, 301 Grove Street, Fairbank, IA 50629. Date: March 10, 2021. Time: 2:00 PM CST. Pre-bid conference is open to all general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Receipt of Bids: Place: Fairbank Fire Station, 301 Grove Street, Fairbank, IA 50629. Date: March 25, 2021. Time: 2:00 PM CST.

Procurement of Bid Documents: Two sets of plans will be issued to all General Contractors and one set for Sub-contractors and Suppliers for a refundable plan deposit of $100.00 per set.
