Project Location: 5223 South Raymond Road, Gilbertville, IA 50634.

Project Description: The proposed project consists of a 12,000 square foot emergency services building. Project consists of a slab on grade, pre-engineered steel structure and includes site development, full mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems, interior development including conventional wood framing, gypsum board, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, casework, and full interior finishes.

Pre-Bid Conference: Gilbertville City Hall, 1321 5th Street, Gilbertville, IA on September 5, 2023 at 2:00 pm CST. Following the meeting, the meeting will be continued at the project site, weather permitting.

Receipt of Bids: Gilbertville City Hall at 1321 5th Street, Gilbertville, IA on or before 2:00 p.m. CST September 13, 2023.
