Project Description: The proposed project consists of renovation to 11 existing downtown Muscatine storefront buildings as listed below, described in the construction documents, and generally includes selective demolition, door, window, and wall repair and replacement, painting, masonry renovation such as brick replacement, repointing, repair, and work associated with these items.
Pre-Bid Conference: Muscatine City Hall, 215 Sycamore Street, Muscatine, IA 52761 on September 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM local time. Following the meeting, the meeting will be continued at the project site, weather permitting.
Receipt of Bids: Office of the City Clerk, Muscatine City Hall, located at 215 Sycamore Street, Muscatine, Iowa, on or before 11:00AM local time, October 11, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
