Description: The proposed project consists of a new conservation center. All materials are bid as part of the base package. Wood post and beam construction, cast-in-place footings and foundations, geothermal heating and cooling system, electrical power, lighting and data, excavation and grading.
Project Location: Highway 9 and 69, Winnebago County, Iowa.
Pre-bid Conference: Place: Lower level conference room at TSB Bank, 101 Hwy 69 N, Forest City, IA 50436. Date: January 21, 2021. Time: 1:00 PM CST. Pre-bid conference is open to all general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Receipt of Bids: Place: Lower level conference room at TSB Bank, 101 Hwy 69 N, Forest City, IA 50436. Date: January 28, 2021. Time: 1:00 PM CST.
Procurement of Bid Documents: Two sets of plans will be issued to all General Contractors and one set for Sub-contractors and Suppliers for a refundable plan deposit of $250.00 per set.
