After outgrowing the needs of their previous facility located in a strip mall further west in Marion, Heartland Animal Hospital was in need of a new facility to house their growing space needs. The MGA team worked with Heartland Animal to bring them a modern 5,600 sq ft new facility located right off Highway 100 in Marion. The new building was made to be highly visible from the highway and provided the opportunity for future expansion.
