Introducing Our New Logo: Streetscape
The Story Behind the Design
Since 2016, we at Martin Gardner Architecture have prided ourselves on being community focused architects.
In 2024 we further built upon that commitment to communities around Iowa through our new mission statement, “Through Great Design We Help Your Community Re-Imagine What’s Possible.”
Today we seek to expand that commitment further with our new logo design: Streetscape
The Significance of the Icon
The Streetscape icon in itself takes the aspects of the 2013 logo, the colors of blue, red, and yellow, as well as the shapes of a circle, triangle, and square, and combines them into an abstract shape that resembles the top-down view of a streetscape that you may find in any community. The icon helps solidify our commitment to communities around Iowa!
Keeping it Classic
The new Streetscape logo takes the classic “MGA” lettering we have grown to love from our 2013 logo design and brings it back in this modern iteration of our logo. We felt keeping true to our founding roots was ideal for this transition. The tagline “Community Architects” emphasizes our commitment to building up communities!
