Project Name: Kelly Oaks Park Shelter
Project Location: 10654 Cox Springs Road, Peosta, IA 52068
Project Description: The proposed project consists of a New Park Shelter containing approximately 2,920 square feet of restrooms, event space and storage and 1,790 square feet of covered porch space. Project includes cast in place concrete, CMU walls, wood timber framing, pre-engineered roof trusses, wood I joists, translucent panels standing seam metal roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead garage doors, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Pre-bid walk conference: A pre-bid meeting for all Contractors, Subcontractors and suppliers will be held at the building site,
10654 Cox Springs Road, Peosta on October 28, 2025, at 3:00 pm local time.
Bid Filing: All bids must be filed at City Hall, so that they are properly time stamped and received.), located at PO Box 65, 7896 Burds Road, Peosta, Iowa 52068, on or before 3:00 pm local time, November 4, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
