Martin Gardner Architecture worked directly with the City of Manchester on creating a master plan for their downtown area and city entrance. The resulting project included the design and construction of a new pavilion building located in Whitewater Park. The pavilion hosts restrooms and shaded seating space for community members and at night is a beacon for those entering or leaving the city.
