Grand Meadow Independent Schools | 46,000 SF | Grand Meadow, Minnesota
This recently completed $7 million, 46,000 square foot addition was the result of extensive input from the various parts of the school community. It began as a sports based project, but grew in scope as academic and arts based elements were identified as needs. Extensive work had to be completed to identify priorities and reduce the project budget to a manageable amount that could be accepted by voters in a bond issue. The resulting project includes a new competition gymnasium, weight room, locker rooms, coach offices, support spaces, and additional classrooms.
