Project Description: The proposed project consists of a new post and frame park shelter to replace the existing park shelter. It will be an open-air shelter with two unisex ADA restrooms and a serving concession area.

Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid meeting for all Contractors, Subcontractors and suppliers will be held at the project site located at 1^st Street South, Winthrop, IA 50682 on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM local time.

Receipt of Bids: All bids must be filed at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, located at 354 Madison Street, Winthrop, IA 50682, on or before 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, May 16, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
