The growing congregation of the Sacred Heart Catholic church in Monticello was growing and needed some new additions to accommodate their community members. The result: a new covered entrance, gathering space, and an access elevator for this historic church building originally built in 1914. The main entrance stairway and front of the building were preserved by addition the addition to the side of the building to minimize intrusion while also complementing its original character.
