The City of Farley was looking to design and build a new office space to accommodate for their growing staff and city departments. The resulting 8,000 square foot building hosts new administration offices, council chambers, police department, and historical society. The building also included a back up generator and an ICC-500 rated storm shelter. The final cost of construction for this project was $300,000 under the pre-bid cost opinion
