While working with the City of Tiffin on a Downtown Redevelopment Plan, this project was born. The resulting 16,900 square foot building with a two-story office, vehicle storage, and wash bay offers a unique space for city officials to conduct business. The 20-ton overhead monorail crane located between the two vehicle bays is used to outfit city vehicles with snow removal equipment to increase employee efficiently when transitioning between the seasons. The building was awarded the “Building of the Year” award in the Institutional Building Category by the National Frame Association in 2024.
