MGA has had a close relationship with the Grand Lodge of Iowa over the years and have worked to complete multiple projects with them in that time. Through multiple design conversations, MGA first assisted with the addition of a handicap ramp and ADA stairs for the front of the building. Being rated as one of the top Masonic Libraries in the world, it was also noticed that the building lacked the proper evening presence. Through careful study and mockups, the selection and aiming of light fixtures was executed. The efficient LED lights are color changing to contribute to seasonal celebrations as well as the masonic calendar and the exterior marble facade is perfect to paint with light. MGA is also working with the Grand Lodge to create a conditions report of the building and suggestion for future repairs and renovations.
