The MGA team worked with the City of Riverside, Iowa to re-imagine and restore some of their downtown buildings! Through the utilization of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administered by the Iowa Economic Development Authority, seven downtown buildings have been evaluated and revitalized.
