Located in the Brooklyn Industrial Park, this new headquarters was designed for the quickly growing T.I.P. Rural Electric Cooperative. Completed in 2024, this project spans a total of 52,450 square feet and houses the new offices for the Cooperative, a shop building, and adjacent pole yard.
