Abandoned for over a decade, Martin Gardner Architecture worked with Ridge Development, LLC to rehabilitate this historic 1902 post office into the new American Table Restaurant and P.O. Box Bar in Oskaloosa. The project included restoration and reconstruction of historic building features, an all-new HVAC system, as well as electrical and fire suppression. New commercial kitchen, an ADA ramp, restrooms, and an interior elevator were also designed for the building.
